Jo Cook currently lives in Mayne Island, BC, and has worked with books and print culture in and out of galleries all over Canada and internationally. She has produced over 30 artist books in both stationary and mobile artist run spaces across Canada, and has curated and given lectures and workshops on artists books inter-nationally. Jo’s work includes found images and text with her own, creating hybrid images and text that complicates the spatial dimensions of reading as reading crosses over into seeing.
